appointment only. To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we do not schedule
photography sessions during public hours.
Photography sessions must be reserved and can be done between September and November
21, 2025. A site fee will apply, and proof of insurance is required for all bookings.

Can I bring my client for family photos in December when you are open for business? - No, to ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we do not allow photography sessions during our Christmas tree operating season (Mid November-December).
Must I make a reservation in advance? - Yes, we operate by appointment only and you must be an approved photographer to take photos at our Christmas tree farm.

Are there bathrooms on site? - There are no public restrooms available.
What should I do when I arrive? - You should park in the designated parking area and check in with management. No vehicles are allowed in the Christmas tree fields for safety reasons. It is best to either greet your clients in the parking lot, or provide instructions for them to locate you if you can not meet them between sessions.
Can I bring props? - You can bring small props that can be carried by hand to the Christmas tree field, anything larger, please contact us before your session to discuss.
Can I drive my vehicle to the photo site? - No, vehicles are not allowed in the Christmas tree fields for safety reasons.
What is your cancellation policy? - Cancellations due to weather will be rescheduled or refunded on a case by case basis.
